Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Ghana Library on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Great app by all standards Enables me to read when stuck in traffic. My nephew and nieces are also able to access lessons they missed on the Ghana Learning TV platform. This app has been a remedy for the educational loss COVID-19 came with. Kudos to the Board and Hardworking Staff.

Whoever developed this app should be made to improve it and fix all the issues. We seem to have issues of not being able to sign up with incessant feedback on 'user already exist' when I have never signed up before.

I also get "email or number is already registered" error when trying to sign up. Tried the reset trick mentioned below using the "Forgot My Credentials" option. It did not resolve the issue.

Do not download this App: it's terrible. After signing up, I was told my email/ number already exists, even though I am a first-time user. None of the remedies suggested to other users with similar complaints work.

You should relook at the signing up into the platform. It's total fiasco. Waste of time and data to download. How can I be told my email/number already exist when I am signing up for the first time.

it get a message that i my email / phone number already exist. so i followed the suggestion that we should reset credentials, i tried but it didnt work. please, work on it 22/8/19: It is still showing the same problem.. I cant register
