The owner doesn't care about the customer experience. There's no way to track once the order is placed. No option to cancel the order. No regular notifications as to where the order is. No support options within the app itself. Have to go the web version to get the support no. Had placed an order and had to call the support no. to confirm on when the order will be delivered. The owner had confirmed next day delivery, however, not delivered.When called back, owner was fine to cancel the order!!!
