I paid for the "Pro" version, but nothing downloads. I love documentaries, and my very favorite is true crime, but i cant make this work. I will try some stuff, and then report back as to if i ever got it to work. Sure hope so.

I bought the pro version that stopped working after a couple of hours. I restarted the app, ininstalled and reinstalled it. All to no avail. Stupid error message 1777017 coming up all the time. Very frustrating.

Only 10 Documentaries are viewable. The rest are pay per view. Not good. Watch Youtube instead.

I bought the pro version for 4.99 plus tax and it does not work. No way to contact customer support on app. I feel cheated. Wasted money.

Bought Pro, but I get the same error as other people get, 6777 something. Tried restarting, uninstalling, clearing cache and data. Nothing works.
