Berlin experience: 1. Time estimates are false because after I ordered I was placed in a queue with more than double the original estimate. 2. Does not accept PayPal or Google Pay. I don't like to trust my credit card with every new startup that comes along because there is always a risk of data breach. 3. End product was satisfactory with friendly courier and well packed food.

At first everything was great for the first 2 times I used it, after that everytime I try to buy things it keeps saying queue is too long try again. This has been happening for 2 days straight, within those 2 days I have tried every hour, including 8:35Am and 11:45 PM ( which is near their opening and closing times). It is very frustrating because I have to keep adding same thing in the basket over and over again. Please can you fix this.

Needs major improvement. Many times at checkout it comes out with a message saying 'The queue is too full' and to try again later (which I do, but still the same thing) this has happened over 5 times and I might just delete the app. Also, promo codes dissapear at checkout which is really annoying plus a huge waste of time, this needs to be fixed or you'll honestly just keep losing customers..

Makes you install an app just to be told the service isn't available in your area. Tried looking on the website before installing to try to find this information but it just tells you to download the app. I was almost certain it wouldn't be available in my area anyway but since I had to go through the effort of downloading the app to find out, you're getting 1*

This app is amazing! If you're lucky enough to live in a supported area. Within 15 minutes of installation I had £16 worth of shopping delivered to my elderly Nan, and it only cost me £1! By the time I had phoned her and explained what I was doing the shopping was at her door. She will definitely be using the service in the near future as it's perfect for her. Thanks Getir! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After reading all the bad comments I decided to leave my review. Which is; I could not rate this service enough. My husband and I decided to give it a go as we are always seeing the delivery drivers out and about on their bikes. Service was incredible. Delivery was 15 minutes after we ordered and everything we ordered was there. Will definitely keep using this fantastic service. Thank you, you didn't just Getir you got here. I hope they continue a great service and the bad comments improve!!!
