At first it was good. But now mostly the app is not working and also something very important the one in Carrefour san balas even the sellers do not know about it. I went there for the cola but they did not know even about the samplia. I think first samplia should teach them then put the products there for people. And the machines are not working and just show that I have used my sample but I didn't. Please work on it if you want to have good surveys about the products.

It was good before but recently it is not working properly, both the application and the machines. It is my second time that I could not receive the product and I also saw some other people there with the same problem. Doesn't give me the product and ask me to answer the survey!!!

Once out of 10 times it actually worked. Rest of the times it either gives me a wrong location an error message when accepting terms and conditions or it says it is dispensing the sample but nothing comes out. Very disappointed

This app feels too much invasive: it asked for a ton of information (mobile number, full location tracking, etc.), to just get a free sample that may cost less than 50cts. Not worthy. Uninstalling
