Hi, thanks for your reply. Your bikes are really great,but you really need a better app.The current problem is, the buttons on the app are behind the navigation bar of the phone so this is making them invisible. I was able to solve the problem temporarily, by changing my phone's display settings and hiding the navigation bar, but someone shouldn't have to do this. I would really appreciate if you do something about this problem.

Bikes fantastic. App had been great, but now unusable since April update. Buttons to Hire or End not visible on screen and freezes when you try to end journey, so keeps charging you even after you've locked the bike. UPDATE: When I raised this with Bleeper, they got back to me within an hour, refunded me and suggested what to do if it happens again. They also asked for my device and operating system so the problems can be addressed in the next update. Excellent customer service and great bikes.

New T&C's require confirmation of phone number but confirmation text never arrives to phone. Have tried many times and even tried setting up a new account to no avail. Chat support is only accessible once you log in which I can't do until my mobile number is confirmed. I give up!!

Good app, but it doesn't fit correctly on my Mi 10t. Button to finish the ride, for example, doesn't appear on the window.

The app experience is horrible. It takes minutes to show the bikes in the map, very slow navigation. We live in Ireland with 5G, it's not a connection problem.

App is awful. Very slow and can't operate lock mechanism through app because icons within app are not visible.
