Ever since they updated the app completely the "search" under coupons doesn't work. It keeps saying it can't find anything that you search for. Even if you search for a coupon that you know for a fact is supposed to be there it never finds it. Now you have to scroll forever till you find the coupon you need. Before they updated the app you could type in anything for example, "tide" or "detergent" it would always find the coupons. It used to be so easy and helpful.

I do just about everything electronically. Saying that, I had to open my bank app to retrieve my debit card info, and gerbes app logged me out. I get signed back in after resetting my password because, of course biometrics doesn't work and I don't remember the millionth password. Finally get to check out, card info in and my phone rings. Mind you, I'm on a mobile device, and again, signs me out, resets & to top it off takes my delivery time. Which of course was a 10$ fee, not including auto tip.

I always shop at Gerbes, but... when you go to clip coupons you really can't read the product information properly. If I tap to read about the product and clip or not it sends you back to the top and you have to rescroll down to where you were. Why don't you just let me download every coupon and be done with it. Or automatically load every one to my app?

It'd be nice if it was a little more user friendly. I can't ever get anything to actually load as a coupon. They have to scan their papers at the register. And the prices are never what the signs show. I always pay $1 more than what the signs say. Irritating. Needs to be like the Target app where you can scan the actual items and load it that way instead of sitting and searching then it don't work anyway! Ugh

Using a lot of curbside pickup these days and Gerbes does a real good job. Incredible time saver. I was worried not doing the shopping myself but so far the pickers have provided excellent quality produce and meat cuts. A couple minor mistakes (wrong item) but they fixed it fast and without complaint. One item I didn't see until I got home. I called to let them know and they put a $10 credit on my account for the mistake. Good to see Gerbes stand behind their service.

What the heck did you do to your app?! No longer use friendly. Trying to update my card and it keeps going to the captcha screen. I click the boxes, it gives me a green check then loops back to the sign in screen. This is ridiculous.
