His wolf blood acts up on nights of the full moon, making him randomly assert his dominance over women who are nearby…
He seems to have a vague idea that you are human.

He realized that you’re human right away, but he lets you live in the share house without ever saying anything about it.
He is targeted by the Specters because unicorns are one of the rarest of beasts.
