Worst tutors and worst support. Most of the sessions dont happen as there is problem with the software.. They are not able to handle the portal. Tutor takes many holidays and there is no accountability.. Pls do not go for this. They dont even pick up the phones or answer to the questions thay we ask. The students suffer especially the ones in the 9th to 12th. They will be after you for money and then nothing.. Your child will suffer.

Worst tutoring service available.. They give a nice demo with the tutor and then once you book sessions everything changes. They do not respond to issues and concerns raised about tutors. Pathetic tutors are being hired by them with no experience of teaching. I booked session with them all was ok for a week or so and then suddenly it changed. The tutor was a really dumb lady with no experience of teaching small kids. Took random abd adhoc leaves and kept using her phone while in the session.

Very worst. Zero support. The training platform has lots of issues and they didn't fix it even after multiple complaints. They promised work sheet , tests, etc. But nothing provided.

Very bad service n very bad response. You raise a concern, you will with great difficulty receive one call and after that the concern raised by you shows as resolved eventhough the call was just to find out the concern. Waste of 11k paid for 60 hours.

I tried approx 7 times entering the OTP for registration..although it senses it automatically ..each time it was inval id OTP .. coudnt register and had to leave
