Using BlueStacks

Update 3/24/17 - new release greatly improved basic usability! Much improved. Most notable is inclusion of "Artist Name", as well as sorting for favorites like playlists or Songs or Albums. A major leap forward. Thanks Cary Audio for listening, caring about your customers and continuing to improve our experience. Looking forward to even more great things! The DMS-500 is an incredible sounding music streaming device, and the best unit available to experience MQA Masters streaming on Tidal! Severely lacking app. Doesn't show Artist name when displaying lists from Tidal or music in your play queue. Not knowing the Artist even in a small queue of 3 albums makes it nearly impossible to find what you want to listen to (unless you have photographic memory for album or song titles!). It also doesn't allow you to see new "Songs" in "What'sNew" selection. Only shows "Albums". In "Genres", it doesn't show "Albums" (as it should), but instead shows "Playlists". Everything about this app is completely bassackwards. So far behind Bluesound it's crazy. Every single day this app frustrates me to the point of wanting to throw my phone. Finding new music is nearly impossible. Going back to find songs in a queue is like poking around in a dark room (again, the artist name isn't shown...in a super long list of song names...how the heck can I find what I want?). Why these obvious shortcomings haven't been fixed in over 6 months is mind-boggling. Severe lack of customer focus and customer understanding. Equally severe lack of software development skill. This hardware company is in way over its head. This app is GARBAGE. It continues to soil what could be an excellent product.
