The app in and of itself is very slow and often I would have to use the website in order to get anything done. Totally defeating the purpose of using the app. The navigation is deplorable, the encounters section does everything but work properly, and my overall experience with this app & site is cringe - worthy. I would not recommend this to a monkey, let alone a person.
