The app keeps running in the background and triggers a notification that the app is using the battery even after closing it. I understand what will have happened in such cases but some people might not and its not a good user experience so I think that has to be fixed. I used the app on android Oreo if that can be of any help.

Hi. I think there's urgent need for an app review in terms of its functionality. So many times I been trying to create a new account then it says something went wrong on the language selection stage. Now I'm trying to recreate, it says your email address already exists. Upon trying to sign, as though I already have an account it now says I've entered an invalid email. May you kindly assist. Thanks in advance with regards.

Please try to refine your app, make it less heavy. Takes years to load and keeps asking to sign up, jow many times does one have to sign up? It's quite disappointing. It's really painful to use. We want to support local products but you make it hard for us. 1 star is being generous for this app at the moment. Otherwise it's still a good initiative

'PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE' you wont get access as a user but as an artist. Step 1: Go to setting > storage > app > Gateway Stream Music and clear cache or clear your phone cache. Step 2: Go back to your app and delete your Gateway Stream Music. Step 3: Download another Gateway Stream Music,

I think u need to take down yo app on playstore before a lot of people get frustrated due to failure to log in. This is not up to standard at all! especially when one of our greatest artist has recommended yo app. I hope you will attend to these complaints before this app takes a huge dive

App doesn't work. After entering details and pressing register, the app closes. I press the sign up via Facebook button and the app loads for many minutes then says "server no responding". All in all I can neither sign up nor log on yet my network is fine and I'm using a galaxy s21.
