I have been being charged the annual fee on a monthly basis for over a year. My fault for not noticing, but have had no response from the email I sent. Google was able to get a refund of three payments only. Still waiting for my money back.

I really like the e edition which looks exactly like the newspaper but it keeps closing on me. I start reading an article of interest and the app just closes. Repeatedly I try over and over. I've tried closing the app, restarting the device. It will still do it it is extremely frustrating. On top of that I'm paying $12.99 a month for subscription and they advertise it on the app for $9.99

Every 6 to 8 weeks this app will forget that you are a paid subscriber and demand more money. At this point the app is locked and you can't even enter your subscription information to show that you've paid. Please try to find a better app somewhere else there has to be one out there because this one sucks. If you call support they will tell you to delete the app and then re-downloaded and install it. Be prepared to do this often.

It works fairly well on Android. Story links jump out of the app to Chrome. Sometimes in Chrome I will get a message that I have read my limit of articles. This is true for articles that ran in the print edition. That's unfair.

Again today, no paper. This is happening quite often. Reported this and I get msg that says I will get todays paper tomorrow! Tomorrow comes and still no replacement paper! Hate the fold over ads about hearing aids and stick ons. Call and you can't talk to a human being.

We have had an account for 5 years and the online app won't recognize our account. It is paid up in full. Computer glitches.
