I've subscribed for years. Yet the app forgets my login info every time I open it. Literally every time. So it tries to sell me a subscription every time.

Subscribe! Wait...what? Every day, sometimes multiple times a day I have to log back in because it tells me I should subscribe to the paper. The dark mode notification issue was *finally fixed so 2 stars. ->Dropped back to 1 b/c sign-in is still going on.<- Why doesn't the app remember? The NYT and WaPo apps remember. At least remember my credentials and let me use my fingerprint if you *insist on signing me out.

It is useless. It requires me to sign in every time I use it. It requires me to confirm my digital access for any news item I want to read. As an annual subscriber, it doesn't make sense. Why pay for it?

Terrible. Never remembers that I'm a subscriber when I'm trying to view articles. When I go to accounts page though, it shows that I'm logged in. Put this app in the trash heap and come up with something better USAToday.
