My teammate registered for today's duo tournament scheduled for 6:00 pm. But he received the room id and password at 6:10 which when we entered would not work as the match had already started. Now our entry fee also got wasted. He tried and retried evry time since 5:45 but he got room id and password at 6:10 only. Very dissatisfied and angry

After several atempts I still didnt receive my OTP code for verification and now the limit of resending codes is exceed. Kindly Fix my problem.

I didn't entered the match,the only page opened in front of me was where all players joined !!!

I won my first match(pubg) and for the second match, I could not log in. It said 'incorrect password" even after I entered correct ID and pw. I messaged the customer care but no reply. Sad!
