Every time I try to checkout online, the transaction fails and my bank account gets a pending charge! Then, I have to call the bank to ensure I don't lose money for an order I won't be receiving! This is unacceptable in 2025. GameStop needs to drastically improve their online shopping experience, or they will continue to die out. The only reason I still shop at GameStop, is because I live near one.

I have been a GameStop customer since 2004 and I have really enjoyed shopping at the store and have bought 2 Nintendo 3DS handheld game consoles one for me and the other for a family member and I spent over $500 on the handheld and games and I am going to be planning to get my Nintendo Switch 2 but I would like to see a Military fallen heroes Memorial Edition Console and controller and games

my figure that came with my preorder was damaged in the warehouse. the shipping box was perfect but the box for the actual game was damaged and my figure in the box was damaged. I can not get through to any customer service and this costed me over 120 dollars.
