Using BlueStacks

Exiting SafeMode: Use the SafeMode pass (4 digits). You can set it up in the Hello Genius Parent app from another phone/device. You have to have the device with the kid's app assigned to your parent account first. Steps for changing SafeMode pass: While in the Hello Genius Parent app: - select the three lines in the upper left corner - select Devices - select the " > " symbol on the right corner of the assigned device - select SafeMode passcode then the pencil symbol - enter the desired code

After installing the app, my tablet is locked in some kind of kiosk mode. I cannot unlock it. I have tried to contact the developers, but they are not responsive.
