All I can say is that I absolutely love this app. I live in Abuja and have had no issues whatsoever. The customer service reps are readily available for any issues and I can also contact restaurants as needed. Great app. Delivers to more places than jumia. Delivery men are polite and intelligent and they find the address easily. I never have to go hungry anymore thanks to oyanow.

The App does not work as well as i would have liked with regards to functionality and content from the stores. For example, the supermarket should have all the item and services which are sold and offered. Additionally the option to add a card doesn't work and the order list made on the errand part cannot be seen by the people who should handle it. We had to complete the order via what's app and bank transfer. Nonetheless it's a fantastic start to a good thing in Abuja. Keep improving.
