This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Note Converter Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Note Converter Pro is a unit converter for musicians, DJ, producers, audio engineers.
It easily converts note to pitch (hertz), note to midi note value, frequency to note, and more...

The app converts a tempo in notes lengths (in milliseconds) or in frequency (Hertz) : this function is also called a delay time calculator, useful for all your tempo-based effects.

When working with audio samples, this app is also useful to calculate the number of samples from a tempo, a note length or a recording time. It also converts a number of samples into tempo or recording time. Different sampling frequencies can be set (32 khz, 44,1 khz, 48 khz...)

The app calculates the delay of sound for any distance, or the distance travelled by sound for any delay.
It also converts audio frequency to wavelength or wavelength to audio frequency.
For the distance and wavelength, you can use these units : meters, feet, inches.

Note Converter Pro features an accurate tempo tap calculator, showing instant and average tempo values (in Beat Per Minute). The Tap Tempo has automatic reset and shows the current tempo type ("adagio", "allegro", "vivace" ...)

This app does not contain ads.


For advanced users : the following default settings can be easily changed :
A440 reference note = A3 (can be set from A3 to A5)
A440 note's pitch = 440 Hz (can be set from 410 to 455 Hz)
Standard sampling frequency : 44.1 khz (can be set from 2 khz to 352,8 khz)
