Why is there no updated app? Cannot use phone without app, not even update time? Brand new watch but unable to use. Absolute waiste of money

App doesn't work, too old version. Can't even use it as a normal watch, there is no possibility to enter the correct date and time without the app.

Great idea, poorly executed. The app desperately needs an update. Opening tracking, crashes the app, which is the whole point of the app. And why I have to login everytime I open the app is beyond me. This looks like a product with the unique touch of India on it. Great on paper, but full of flaws and barely functioning.

The product is for kids. Should have some water resistance. It has none! The app keeps restarting everytime I click the track button. I have a Samsung Galaxy s7
