This app doesn't work .shows offline all the time and time is wrong .rubbish

Good application with some bugs. 1) Timezone is incorrect, no way to change it. Seems to be UTC+8? 2) No feedback when sending commands. 3) WiFi database is out of date, causing location errors in some areas. No way to disable WiFi on device. 4) Scrolling through timeline causes app crash. 5) seems to have API expiry date of one year.

Unfortunately, this app, which is recommended in the instructions for the device I purchased is not fit for purpose. It worked very intermittently and now not at all. It certainly couldn't be relied upon. The device is shown as off-line which I know from Vodafone is not the case. The location freezes whilst on route and the lack of documentation on how to use the app and the settings adds to the issue. I will be sending the tracker back and find a product better supported. Sorry for the negative feedback but I wanted to highlight the issues

This app isn't really working. If I want to record the sound it will record the same 30 seconds over and over again everyday. It gives me wrong location and so on. Not worth it.

easy and accurate enough to start with. then something happened and my device location is miles out of my actual location tho tracker seems to follow movement and record movement. if someone could say how to fix it?

I tried everything under the sun, tracking my phone but shows device offline, device is working as I can communicate via SMS, so, it's the App,pls advise or fix app.
