About this app

The Inclusive Mentorship Toolkit is a guide produced by the STUC and Cymbiosis Consulting to equip employers, union reps and individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to create, support or participate in an inclusive mentorship programme.

The toolkit explains why these programmes are important, the role of each group in the success of a programme and how they can complement the existing work of employers and unions in promoting equality.

The toolkit is split into sections covering individuals, employers and trade unions. Each pathway through the app is tailored to focus on what that particular group needs to know and do to successfully engage in an inclusive mentorship programme.
