I really appreciate the updates that brought push notifications (instead of being notified through e-mail). The only thing I'm having trouble with is following up on the bell notifications. I'm not sure if it's that my tablet is old, or my WiFi connection is lacking, but loading times are awful on pretty much all but the very, very newest of notifications.

This is an awesome initiative by Fortify, and I love it! The program is well designed, and I can see a lot of research and love was put into making this. I normally don't write reviews, but I can't help writing this one. I genuinely wish more people would use this so they can make their program even better. My only gripe is the community feature, it feels a little dead. I would suggest you guys to take the reddit approach and add upvotes/downvotes and moderators who are users and such.

You have to pay for premium if you want to use the app the way you really need to. If you need to to talk to try and get through a tough moment you can't because the free version does not allow.

It's just my day 1 and having installed this app, I'm already super satisfied with almost everything.. Not to even mention the consideration of giving free premium to teens by writing a short essay why you chose fortify.. I highly recommend this for anyone who is on the journey of freedom, not just freedom by Permanently!

I got the full version as I thought it was an important investment in my spiritual, physical, and mental health. The tools and lessons are great. The daily tracker is really powerful. Just entering daily journals is helpful with the calendar. The community feature is also very good. I'm going through the lessons which are also well planned and brings in science. I'm glad I accidentally found this and see it as a God moment to get me back on track.

It's awesome... for $199. You basically only get 2 weeks free then there's a pay wall. These resources should be made freely available out of genuine interest for people's health and recovery. This app is not the only offender, there are plenty of health apps that do this. Reboot Nation by Gabe Deem has free journaling, the only things that make this app special are the videos and mood tracking. It's worth it if you're badly addicted. It's a good starting point.
