App keeps crashing, so frustrating. I used to get issues with my Samsung S9 before - for example links provided by teachers do not work in the app, can only be accessed on desktop version. On my new Huawei P30 it will not even open, crashes every time. Also the password criteria is just stupid. Extremely long and complicated passwords needed that are impossible to remember and annoyingly app asks for password after every update, and re-set works when it wants. Very poor performance.

really poor so far which is a shame because I love the concept. Everytime I upload a video and description the video fails to save, I then cant delete the empty observation. (would love the developers to tell me how if there is a way!). The only way to upload a video or photo is via the desktop website which makes the app useless.

This is a great app as a whole, good idea to keep parents up to date with our children's learning. However, since upgrading to a Huawei phone it's been a total nightmare. Crashes every time I log in, won't even work if I log off or uninstall and reinstall. Please sort this out Google, I'm missing out on information regarding school work and events.

Had no problem using Tapestry in the past. However, since I've had a new phone (Huawei honor 10 lite) everytime I try to enter my pin it just crashes and sends me back to my home screen. This is very frustrating for me as I haven't been able to view my sons nursery progress or add any observations from home. Based on the comments I've seen, I'm not the only one with this problem. Please sort it out!

used to love the app. But the past few weeks everytime I put my pin in it just crashes and closes. I then have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. I'm using a Huawei phone. I'm also a teacher who leads Tapestry in our school and a lot of parents have also been having issues with their App recently especially after Christmas.

Since I've changed my mobile this app crashes as soon as i put my pin in. I've tired to delete the app and install it again. That would work for single log in, the next time I am trying to log on it will crash again as I am putting my pin in! Come on fix up. We are loosing out on our children's progress at nursery!
