Pros: usually remembers my items I frequently order and learns preferences. Love being able to order online. Can select backups and put in special requests. Can let them know when on the way for faster pickup. Cons: This app seems to get slower and slower over time. Crashes a lot! Makes me sign in over and over. Doesn't work in store. If they can fix the horrible slowness of this app would be much less frustrating to use.

EDIT: The service at Fry's is good, but the app was having issues one day and was very frustrated with it logging me out while I was shopping online and for some reason it wouldn't let me add my payment method. I waited until the next day, and for some reason, the app started working ok again. Must have been a bug issue or something. It's working fine again... for now. We'll see.

This app has become trash. Forced to use it to get sales and deals. Browsing coupons used to show whether it was a pickup/delivery only coupon without clicking to read more details. Makes it misleading that a sale is available for in store when it's not. When trying to filter coupons to not show those coupons, filter doesn't work and continues to show them. When searching for items, if not available at your selected home store, doesn't show where available nearby. TRASH.

This is the worst app. I don't see the point in advertising digital coupons and then making you download an app that doesn't work. It's not smooth, nothing is in order, it's impossible. When you ask the store clerk to help they go threw taping all these different places on the screen ......flipping to next one and then next one without any instructions on how they are getting there. Very frustrating! Haven't been able to get digital deals for months now.

Update: Coupon details are missing even when you hit more details. I can't tell if it's a one-time use, 5x promo, etc. Clunky to navigate. Finding my list is often a scavenger hunt. Original: Have the option to see product availability at different stores. If I'm looking for product X and it's not available at my store, is it available at the other 5 stores in my area? It's inconvenient to change store selection to each individual store to see if product X is in stock.

The app has always been garbage! It hasn't improved in the 3 years I've been utilizing it. It takes almost 2 hours to complete a pick up order due to the following: The app freezes and/or kicks me out several times. I have to resign in multiple times. I have to keep putting items back in my cart that were inexplicably dropped. It keeps changing my home store without being prompted. I could've saved myself the headache & done my own on-site shopping in less time than this app generally takes.
