I ordered 5 pieces of an item which on the app costs each 2dhs and the total was 10 and when the order arrived after 50 minutes I was charged 12.5dhs when I asked the delivery guy why and showed him the amount on the app under my orders he asked me to call the supermarket, the guy from the supermarket said the price on the app is wrong? And apologized? You be the judge now

All products not available on the app..have to separately order on call... please add more products with options to choose the weight in fruits and vegetables less than 1kg also..

Crappy app. I cannot log in and when i try to retrieve password it says user does not exist.

Tye Fresh cart store in in Al Qusais Industrial area 3 near Mashreq bank is the worst.I purchased a sim card 9th June,2020 which was fake and did not work.I lodged a complaint to the Store in charge Mr.Sunir but he talked rudely time and the whole staff was also very rude towards me.I regret buying from this Fresh cart outlet!!!
