This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Office Hours Tracker for Professors and Teachers on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

First, download and run the Office Hours Tracker application.

Upload a csv file with the names of your students and their identification numbers.

The program uses your Google ID to keep track of your information.

Once you upload the csv file with an ID column and a Name column (first and last name separated by commas also) you can easily track student attendance in office hours.

Many institutions offer this data in csv or Excel format. If you have the data in Excel format, simply save it in a csv format before uploading.

Once you upload the data, you can simply click on the class name and then the name of the student when they visit your office. The app keeps track of all the times the student visits the office.
