I recently had to get another phone and now my Freeosk app doesn't work. I've tried many times to access the sample machine, but it won't process through to scan. I've tried to reenter my sign in information, only to get a message that the information isn't correct. Many times I've tried to reset the password to receive an email to take the next step, but I've yet to get an email. HELP

Was disappointed to find out after downloading the app and taking up room on my phone, that the only kiosk near me or anywhere around here was at a Sam's club. I do not have a membership for there to even get in and no friends or relatives either that could help get in. It would have been nice to be able to see this first before downloading it. I was excited when I'd seen Walmart come up but then they don't have any. 🤨

The app SUCKS! There's sometimes I'll scan my app and get something, then my father tries it and gets NOTHING! He rescans it only to get that annoying "BOINK! BACK FOR MORE? SORRY!" And HE DIDN'T EVEN GET A FREAKING SAMPLE IN THE FIRST PLACE!
