The Complete Book is Not Included. The book Introduction is the only information to read in the book. A reference at the end of the Introduction in the book states "More Chapters Available Soon". Why offer this book for download if it's not complete? According to your app book information was last updated June 6, 2019? Today is June 8, 2019 and book is not complete. Disappointing and Deleted.
