My experience today was tedious. The ad savings were great. The ad navigation left a lot to be desired. Rather than point me to the specific products I clicked on, the system gave me every item in the general sale, having me scroll through dozens of items not related to what I wanted. Choosing replacement items was also difficult; selections were for brands I didn't want, and searches often ended with not finding items. I hope site navigation improves soon.

Difficult site to work with. Glitchy, several items description and photos were not the same item, but on the same listing. which product would arrive? Running total does not show total at current prices with current coupons, but the full price, so you don't see the real price you will pay till you check out. makes it difficult to work with budget or to make sure you are using the sales/coupons on the correct items, the correct number of times etc.

I can never get this app to work without great difficulty. It won't load up. This has been going on for over a year now. Please fix this issue as it sometimes keeps me from shopping there. Other times, when I do finally get it to load after countless attempts it is hit or miss if it will work smoothly while attempting to make my weekly shopping list. Thank you

Worst app ever! Digital coupon feature never works! Once again, yesterday, I was at Fred Meyer, Dawn dishwashing liquid was advertised on the shelf as a Digital coupon. Tried several times to scan it, even using the barcode on the product & it wouldn't register. An employee tried & had same problem. She then searched the coupon to clip it, but it was not even listed in digital coupons. This happens every time! Cashier manually gave me the Digital price. False advertising, as always!

New and continuous logging problems. Keeps logging me out telling me it has issues. Won't log in. Continues direct me back in the screen multiple times. Have to go to the website, log in and then open the app for it to finally do it. Ever update makes this app worse. Filter options do not work. Just goes back to the item search. Will not log into the pharmacy, forces me to go to the Kroger website every time.

Case #64521193: This app is about as far from user-friendly as an app can get. I was able to identify items I wanted a coupon for, put them in the shopping cart and in the process of trying to figure out what to do next, lost the coupon. The store staff (Fred Meyer) couldn't figure it out either. This app tries to do too much in one app. Keep it simple! Even my daughter, a Princeton Engineering graduate, threw up her arms in frustration. Simplify, please!
