Probably one of the most clunky retail apps to use. Receive double notifications twice all the time, takes a long time to load (sometimes hang). Sheesh. Shop elsewhere with better rewards.

I can't submit my receipts and claim my points through this app. App is not user friendly... I brought home all my receipts from Tiong Bahru Plaza and just realised this. It will be operation hazard if I asked the cashier to do it. Watson's queue was so long and I spent $200-$300 tonight, including restaurant etc. I wasted all my points. I should have purchase and dine at other malls.

[updated to 4 stars] the app can't recover from your phone removing permissions. I found I couldn't add gift cards in the app and they're was no error or anything. The cause was my phone had removed permissions from the app and I needed to add them back. The app developer can improve the app to defensively check permissions and display useful help or prompt to users to avoid this situation. At the moment the end user experience when this happens is that the app just doesn't work.

I'm disappointed that Frasers mall staff do not prompt us to get our Frasers points. There are so many malls we wouldn't remember. Also, unlike Capitamall, there is no feature for me to clock the rewards myself by scanning a receipt. Please improve Frasers. 🙏

UI is unfriendly and not intuitive. Been trying to find how to link my Grab wallet here to no avail.

Frasers should learn from capitastar. The scanning of receipts function should be in placed. Participating stores don't even ask customers if they have frasers app. What's the point of having a reward system when stores don't ask and there's no scanning of receipts function.
