My SO and I planned a vacation yesterday to a place we would otherwise not be able to reach without our new ChaDeMo adapter. Luckily, we tried to test the adapter at several Francis charger locations before leaving on our trip. None of the 4 Francis chargers we tried in Oklahoma City worked. The Android app freezes and doesn't send the OTP email it claims to send, the Francis charger itself rejects all payment without explanation, and nobody at Francis answers the support phone number. Garbage.
