Worst experience at my door. Delivery executive just empty the bag upside-down. They mark delivered before Delivery. Hence we got worried about our order. Got it very late. Worst customer service. You don't know whom to contact. Worst Delivery, vegetables and fruits were raw. All are interested in rating only. South Mumbai has many options pls avoid this. Delivery person and manager are story tellers. My amt is also not refunded. I have deleted my account. Pls check weight too. 347486 order no

They delivered a completely incorrect order, which I had to call twice to get corrected. They corrected it, but missed a product (1kg tomatoes) again. Also, if an item is out of stock, they only refund app credit. They essentially keep your money irrespective of whether you get the product or not. Perhaps they're unable to handle the higher demands currently, since they used to have brilliant reviews earlier. But now, unfortunately, it seems more convenient to just go out and buy instead.
