my school switched from untis messenger to whatever this is supposed to be. it takes like 10 seconds to load into a chat when i open the app and even after loading its just a bad messenger.

The app is okay but there is one thing that pissed me off. If sb writes a message in a chat and somebody else respondes to that message you will get 2 separate notifications. Sometimes I end up with 30 notifications in my notification drawer instead of only one like other messages do. Please update that it's just annoying to swipe 30 notifications away everytime there's a conversation in a class.

The app is clunky, slow to load data and switch screens. The transition between old and new app could have been handled better. No explanation given why we need to move to the new app. All data from the old app is gone. Overall the user experience is pretty bad, the app feels like it is built by a bunch of amateurs. Makes me wonder if my children's data is safe enough with them...

I hate this app. Slow to respond, not intuitive to locate essential functions. For example, to reply to a message you have to click on a tab labelled "Replies" - this implies previous replies already stored, not a new one you'd like to make. Another example, every item already confirmed is still listed under To Do, instead of under Done. I do NOT recommend SchoolFox.

Crashes, no way to open it now. Update: After contact with support, cleared caches and it works again.

It is completely unprofessional that I have to install an additional app for a update, that there is no migration between them and that there is no way to at least look at the data in the old app. Additionally it is currently not possible to reset password if you forgot it. Short: I currently can not use it!
