Didnt expect the delivery took more than 24 hours..even it stated delivery as fast as 24hrs but hoping it will be express as the name. Place an order yesterday at 5.30pm...The status change To Ship this morning around 8am but only received my order at 6.40pm. The customer services also not helping at all..Call many times but didnt pick up the phone..W/app also no response. So frustrated. #Please highlight this info in your app - All orders placed in app will be delivered next day

Worst shopping experience ever! I ordered for several groceries yesterday, but i only received the items today. Among the groceries there are urgent one, but the delivery only takes place 1 day after. Called to customer service, nobody answer. Message them, their msg services only available on weekdays. If there are no delivery available on weekend, you should let us know instead of letting us pay for our order and wait there without a way to ask abt the delivery status. Truly disappointed!

Ordered after midnight and received at 11am today. Quite happy with my purchase. Staff called regarding one item and explained in person as well. He made sure I counted my items and took a photo of them. App could be improved as it was a bit slow when loading product pictures. Search function should be improved too. Suggestion: Maybe allow Diamonds to be converted into cash/store credit or vouchers? I'll definitely use this app again in the future. Thank you! 💜
