Connecting, charging and paying faultless, only issue is I cannot get a receipt VAT or not from the app. Others apps email a receipt once charged and paid. This something you can do?

Hopeless. New user, map didn't appear. Phoned customer services who were very helpful. However I was informed this was a known problem for new users, so app totally unusable

I've used this app multiple times at EV charging stations in the UK and Guernsey, and it's worked well every time. I also ordered a key fob and it was delivered promptly, and using it is hassle free.
