So this "system" works in 2019 Expedition Platinum. The setup is the most convoluted and confusing mess I've ever seen. How I got it working: First you have to install FordPass (separate app) and get your vehicle connected to that so it's associated with the VIN. You then have to make sure the RSE (Rear-Seat Entertainment system) is broadcasting Wifi (not client mode!), Make note of the name and password of the wifi signal. Then, after installing FordPlay (this mess), you have to connect the wifi on your phone to the wifi coming from the RSE, THEN and only then, will it work if you fire up the FordPlay app in the dashboard. The actual app on your phone I can't get to do anything, but the above steps work to make the Sync3 app work. Getting it to play the audio over Bluetooth works too but it's a whole other process. What a joke of a mess. The developers should be ashamed of themselves for not providing better documentation.

Doesn't work on a 19 expedition limited. Connected thru bluetooth, wifi and usb and the play app pops on momentarily on the trucks screen but doesn't work. Sometimes it doesn't even find it at all..
