This is the first review I'm ever leaving because this is the WORST APP I have ever used. It crashes all the time, certain clicks don't work, things are shown to you that are sold out, it lags, there's so many bugs, notifications don't work. This app will do absolutely nothing for you. Don't get it.

Absolutely one of the worst apps ever designed. It constantly has the message "an unexpected error has occurred" and that's on a regular day. NEVER WORKS on a launch day. Save yourself the frustration, don't download. Try the website and get similar results searching for goods using filters, yet shows results with no stock. They should be embarrassed however when you're the monopoly, I guess you don't give a rats a__ what customers think.

This app is just so bad, constantly does not load due to errors, been taken off reservation lists for no reason, many categories don't display anything, many items that do show up are actually sold out, much of the time the app doesn't even function, avoid using it if you can but their home website isn't much better either

This app is getting worse! Always cannot find my location or an error occurs when trying to join in on reservations. I've been patient but pretty much taking an L everytime when a shoe drops is rediculous. This should have been fixed with expectation that the stay-at-home orders and store closures more people are depending on the app to work at all times. If you treat VIP members this way, sorry Footlocker App I will be deleting you now. Recommendation: DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS USELESS APP!!!

The only reason to use this app is because it's the only to get releases from foot locker. It is easily one of the worst apps I've used. It clearly hasn't been tested and there's been no thought put into its UX. Just outsource the development of this app already.

Garbage just like the website. I can select 6 different shoes shown on the site and every single one will be sold out or no longer available. Had a few that actually said they had my size and shortly after the order is placed I get emails apologizing because they don't actually have them. It's sad too, I grew up buying all my sneakers from this store.
