App always crashes after selecting winners for raffles. You are only given a limited amount of time to confirm reservation if won. So with the errors, I say 95% of the time, you can't even lock in your confirmation. And you won't get extra time for their error. SMH! These guys need to revamp and upgrade their internet infrastructure to support all the traffic.

This app is a technical abomination in addition to its co-horts. Foot Locker, Champs, Foot Action, and Eastbay are under the same umbrella and you can certainly tell because when one goes down, they all go down. I can't understand how such an organization would have so many technical glitches. Every time I get a notification to check to see if I'm locked in for a reservation, it gives and error message for about a half hour. It's ridiculous.

This app is terrible!! Every time I put in for a reservation it goes through and then the day before the release of shoe I put in for, I get a notification saying my reservation was cancelled and they are no available reservations within 100 miles. That is not the case bc I know employees at the store location I enter these raffles for and they are definitely releasing these shoes in which I'm trying to get a reservation for. Please help!

If it's not one things, it's another. I just got confirmation that I was selected for a shoe but when I clicked on the notification, it takes me to a screen with just a picture of a shoe and no other information. I can't click on anything or see what I won. Don't let it be release day. The whole app doesn't work. Get an error message as soon as you open the app. First time winning a raffle for footlocker and I can't even get it because the app starts acting weird. It's honestly not worth it.

This app is terrible. I miss every single release because the app crashes and says some sort of error. I can't even see what's coming up on the release calender. This app is the worst.

App crashes everytime I try to buy things on release. Edit: spoke with customer service. They told me delete the app and reinstall. Bet you know how that worked out. IT DID NOTHING!!!. Same crashing and glitching. This app is trash!!!
