Fairly smooth and accurate. Little lag is there while selecting product and moving from one to another. Otherwise, it is simple yet functional. No confusions about password as it works always on OTP. All in all a good app. As a consumer, I must also add that foodro was one of the few grocery apps available in Kochi during covid 19 first lockdown. And they have delivered exemplary service until now. Products are good too.

The app itself is very irritating, as you have to login with an OTP every time you want to check order status and cart disappears.if you don't check out soon enough. Somehow if you do manage to place an order there is absolutely no guarantee the order will be delivered or if all the items will be there if at all delivered. And worst part it's COD only, when everyone is reducing contact by online payment.. Utter waste of time.

First of all thank you to foodro. Today was my first experience with foodro. Overall I am happy with the experience and service from foodro. But just before the delivery team informed me that one of the item is not available. I had placed the order before 4 days , so foodro team must have ensured the availability of the items. But yes they gave a alternative option. But still try to deliver the items which is exactly as per the order. Looking forward more good experience with foodro. Bestwishes

It's actually a very good online grocery ordering app. I would suggest everyone to use this app as it is the best app to order grocery items and since u know that lockdown is going on u don't need to worry about going out and buying groceries. They are providing everything at your door step.

Delivery and stock during this testing time of lockdown is excellent. But unfortunately, cancelling an order is a headache. They say to send a whatsapp message to cancel the order. But that whatsapp message is not see seen or order not cancelled even after 15 hours. Call centre doesn't have a customer care executive to speak to. No reply for email. Worst customer care experience. Why can't the option of cancelling an order be inbuilt in the app itself?

Post update there is a huge lag while selecting each item. Would be helpful if the load time of each page was reduced. Delivery services are great but application requires improvement.
