Posted on September 2023 = been a couple of months and I still cannot open the app from a push notification . . . 😵‍💫 *** Updates have not helped. Makes no sense either to send a push notice and an email today about a new week of savings that can't be seen - last week's flyer is there, but it expires tonight or now since the store is closed. Used to be able to see the new week of savings now, but not anymore. Please stop wasting my time.

New app is horrible. Please go back to old platform. It is too difficult to clip coupons, they won't stay clipped, it's pointless. Might as well just uninstall the app, I can't even believe they paid for this and didn't realize it was piece of 💩 upgrade. Looks like it came out of 2006. I wish I could give this app no stars. It is still the worst upgrade I've ever seen in my life.

Shopping list no longer works in current version. Even though icon to open the list correctly shows the number of items that should be on the list, when the icon is selected, the list is empty. This occurs whether items are added manually, through the weekly ad, or when searching for items by name. I've both cleared the cache and reinstalled the app and the danger issue occurs. App QA sucks...

It takes wayyyy to long to clip coupons, & when I do, if I don't wait a whole 20 seconds or more before clipping the next one, they don't stay clipped. Why not set it up so that whatever you buy that has a coupon, just comes off automatically like it does with shop & earn. I love shopping here, & it is conveniently close, but by the time I cut the coupons before going in, & recreational baseball, soccer, & football, it's late to cook or get everyone's bath for bed for school & work. Sigh.

The app looks and feels good would give 5 stars except for the following I would like to be able to pick a quantity for the items on my shopping list instead of adding the item to the list . I might want more then one but the list doesn't allow me to specify that. The other thing that would be nice is for the list to calculate the total cost of items added. Both of these features are available on the Kroger App.

Finally got the updated app! It has so many problems, now when I open it, it just spins like it's trying to upload! I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared everything out of recent search history and nothing is working! When you update your app, you should make sure you have fixed the bugs first! Very frustrating and ready to take my business elsewhere!
