The initial user experience is a little confusing. You enter your address and are told there are no pickup times available. This isn't the problem, most apps, regardless of availability of pickup or delivery will allow you to browse items through the app. This enables the user to determine if they can at least find what they are looking for, and if checking later for availability is worth it or not.

It used to be amazing in that it had curbside pickup and delivery to many zip codes. Now you get an error message about how these services aren't available for my zip code (but it was available before??). I live only 2 miles from Findlay Market. There is no point in this app's existence if it doesn't offer curbside pickup or delivery. Fix this!

How is pickup not available for my municipal Cincinnati zip code? That makes no sense...

Why does my zip code matter AT ALL if I'm picking up? It's up to me how far I want to drive to get food from Findlay Market... You guys need to take another look at this. Because without a "deliverable" zip code I can't even get in to look at what's available.
