VERY BAD APP. On several occasions I've accepted the donations then to be told by tesco that I can't have the donations as there system says that I haven't accepted it. I'm ment to collect 19 times in a week (from 5 different tesco's) but I would be lucky to receive have of that amount.

the app does not notify me of donations on my nights to pick up at my agreed Tesco stores.. I now ring the helpdesk to do this for me and even when I have received a confirmation of acceptance ,another charity has been given the donation when I arrive at the store. Why are you continuing to use this app when for me it is clearly not fit for purpose and it is causing so much distress to so many well meaning people. and leaving many needy people without the help that they could previously rely on??? WHEN WI I USED THE LL THIS BE RECTIFIED? I used the previous system for years without a glitch.

Don't like it at all. A few times we have accepted the offer only to find that another collector was there loading up their van. It seems that anyone with the app can decide to accept an offer even though it is not their scheduled collection.

Terrible. Accepted an offer via the FoodBank Network. Travelled 25 miles to store only to be told there was nothing there. What a wasted 50 miles and this is not the first time its happened.

The notification came through to my phone and my smart watch, great! I accepted the donation and went to collect. The store had not received notification that I had accepted and nothing went through to them. The option to book off collections as holidays is not available anymore?

Great app I am enjoying using the app . Would it be possible to sort the food bank network section of the app by distance ? It would make it easier to locate additional available donors.
