So I love elf products I buy at the store and it's been a while since I ordered online. Thought I'd try this app. Not sure if it recently had an update, but it's quite buggy for me when trying to sign in and changing pages takes a while. I went to the website and it signed me right in without a million prompts and asking if I was a human. So I will be ordering my products online but hopefully the bugs in the app will get fixed in another update. Maybe I'll try it again in the future.

Great products for great prices but the site is slow as a snail. A few times I went to place an order but the next page was loading sooooo slow I got frustrated, put my phone down and came back when I had more time and patience. When I came back a few days later it was still doing it. Third time it was still doing it but I was finally able to get an order in after almost giving up again.

Want to preface this with elf is great and their products are great for how affordable they are, especially their makeup and brushes, but this app is extremely slow compared to just using the browser to access the website on my phone with the same internet connection.

I love elf, I never have issues on the website but trying to log in to the app has been more than difficult. It keeps saying I have my password wrong and it will not let me re-enter it. It keeps reloading the screen whenever I try.

The app can be glitchy at times. It will randomly close or will have to be closed and reopened if you move to another app. However, you do get to try on lipsticks and some eyeshadows from the app. My transactions have been secure, and I always get my items. I have found most makeup apps to be glitchy.

Never loads and always closes when you are trying to do something...I think the website is like that as well...I could be mistaken though...I love elf and just wish there was a better platform for online shopping...just seems like it needs debugged badly
