Just got a new phone and installed the app to follow my kid and it crashes as soon as I log in. Tried uninstall/reinstall and same issues continue...still not working for me but apparently only a portion of users are affected. Tech support unhelpful told me to contact school for direction. School cant help as it's a problem with the app itself Update: grades are finally updating but no notifications. I have to open app to check

I enter my credentials and progress to the next screen. I try to click settings it crashes. it takes me back to the signin screen, its blank. I reopen again and try the link on screen, it crashes. back to the login screen again. i cant even tell what I'm supposed to do with this app. please fix, I see last update was from 2016, is this not being maintained?

Does not allow me to log on. This app has major issues. Very frustrating!!!

App crashes if I click on Settings. Takes me back to login screen. All of the information I had previously entered (URL, login ID, password) is gone. I reenter everything, I'm able login, I click on anything, I get kicked out again. This is on an Essental PH-1 phone with Android 9.

Worked for two years, now it doesn't work! Both my android and my husband's iPhone, crashes and takes you back to log in screen, doesn't save the school url . App does not work properly, Aspen needs to fix or make some updates, or just get rid of the app.. very unhelpful!!!

used to love this app as I was able to see every one of my son's grades. since I upgraded my phone to the s10, it no longer works properly. doesn't retain url or login info, and when I click on any notification, it boots me out of the app. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this.
