FM Bis es una radio joven, su director un hombre de radio desde hace mas de 20 años, habiendo trabajado y prestado servicios en las radios pioneras de la zona y la región, creando hace cinco años esta emisora con el fin de acompañar un genero de música que no se cubría hasta el nacimiento de esta.

Estamos en San Bernardo, una ciudad maravillosa dentro del Partido de La Costa, este lugar que en invierno cuenta con ocho mil habitantes, los que trabajan en pos de la tan esperada temporada alta, para recibir a sus visitantes empezando con esta actividad allá por el mes de diciembre con la fiesta nacional del Sol y la Familia cuya duración es de todo un fin de semana con la presencia de números locales, provinciales y nacionales, como así también la elección de la reina de esta maravillosa fiesta.

Luego en los primeros días del mes de enero hasta el 28 de febrero esta localidad contará con la visita de todos lo jóvenes veraneantes de todo el Partido, como así también de los Partidos vecinos ya que esta ciudad cuenta con la movida mas grande en la noche de toda la costa, donde se agolpan mas de treinta mil jóvenes por día, disfrutando de toda la zona de boliches, San Bernardo también conocida como la ciudad del Sol y la Familia, que ofrece una tranquilidad inigualable así como la hermosura de su paisaje, sus playas, hermosos medanos y su arboleda tan añeja como frondosa.
