Extremely slow to respond. Have to log in twice or sometimes three times to get to my account. Sometimes doesn't log me out even when I hit the logout button. Does have good cash back rates for certain categories like food delivery. Please fix the bugs & my rating would be much higher.

Nothing works. Customer service does not exist.

Avoid at all costs. Account locked thrice, waited for days after verification. Then CC is locked.. Multiple support requests. Kept getting worse and worse. Painful and unhelpful support. App is useless.

I'm liking Fluz. Sometimes I run into issues, hence why not 5☆, but their customer service resolves issues quickly.

At first it was good I thought. . Until I wanted to move money to buy a gift card. My account needed to be verified which is normal. But no matter what I couldn't get a clear photo of my ID and everytime it did say it passed it would reject it again. They said try on a different device . . But I noticed that the app needed to be updated so I updated it then my account was locked and it charged me almost $40 for something they said I didn't pay for . . never unlocked my account. Wth
