Das Ökosystem Wald ist vielfältiger Lebensraum für Tiere, Pflanzen und Pilze. Unzählige Abläufe – von der Zersetzung bis zur Photosynthese – laufen täglich vor unseren Augen ab, doch zu Gesicht bekommen wir sie nie.

• Das SCIENCE CENTER WALD deckt sie auf und entlockt dem Wald seine Geheimnisse. Die Fülle und Vielfalt unsere Wälder wird an 80 Erlebnis- und Mikroskopierstationen, 32 Baumstämmen und 40 präparierten Tiere für jeden sichtbar, erlebbar und verständlich. Besucher erleben den Wald auf eine neue Art und Weise und erfahren mehr über die Bedeutung der Natur und des Waldes für unsere Städte
Spannende Filmvorführungen im Kobelkino und das Wälderlabor mit 200 Holzarten aus der ganzen Welt runden das Ausstellungserlebnis ab.

• Das SCIENCE CENTER WALD richtet sich an Erwachsene, Familien, Fachgruppen und Schulklassen.
