About this app

CGflow solver v0.0 demo version is a free to use mobile based app,
where one can solve 1D,2D Navier Stokes equations for 5 basic cases
flowpast square(2D), pipeflow(2D), Backward facing step(2D), Lid
driven Cavity(2D) and ShockTube(1D,2D). Since this is just a demo
version the app is not yet optimized for general purpose use, but soon
as the app evolves it will be updated constantly with new schemes
and capabilities.
In order to test the capability of Android mobile devices in handling
such calculations, we have considered a basic MacCormack scheme
for the above mentioned simulations. The video will provide
you an overview of the app GUI and one tutorial on executing a
sample simulation.
Important points:
a) Before running the simulation make sure all the necessary inputs
are given in the text box.
b) The contour plots are still not fully optimized, it is at a very basic
level. I am looking for an third party visualization android libraries
to enhance the contour plots.
c) The mesh and contour plot view makes the phone scroll slower
due to huge chart data. In order to avoid this I have given the option
to view the mesh/contour plot only for a specified amount of time
in Seconds.
d) App can only be viewed in portrait mode. Landscape mode is
disabled.
e) Do not go no: of node points below 90
