I had a poor experience using this app. I installed it, added my payment info, and uploaded my license info a week or two ahead of when I planned to use it. It said my license had been accepted. I made a reservation and watched a video of how to pickup a truck. When I went to pickup my truck, I had trouble finding it, but I contacted the renter and she directed me behind the building and I found it. I initiated the rental, took exterior pictures, the truck unlocked and I took interior pictures. When I tried to submit the interior pictures, it said my driver's license needed to be approved (it already indicated it was approved), so I was unable to finish the initiation process. But the clock was ticking (you pay by the hour), and I found the key in the glovebox, so I went and moved the things I needed to move. When I tried to return the truck, it wanted me to go through the pickup process again, which again failed due to the license issue. So I contacted the renter and she said she would lock the truck. I didn't get my $150 deposit back on my credit card. I emailed customer service but no response. So I'm going to likely have to dispute the charge on my credit card.

A formerly good company gone bad. I've been a Fluid truck user for years, but their current version is worthless beyond redemption. Two different reservations had their time changed by Fluid, and in both cases the only thing customer service could offer was "you can cancel for free and rebook." Clearly Fluid has no idea how their system failures affect people trying to move. The loss of a moving vehicle disrupts the entire process, places unnecessary & unexpected costs on the customer, and wastes hours (if not an entire day!) that most people cannot afford to suffer. Tone-deaf customer service that can only offer apologies is insulting, and just makes a customer's aggravation far worse. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR COMPANY.

1) Trucks need a grace period of start and end time. 2) Resos need a half hour start time option i.e 12:30, 1:30. At the moment youre still charged a full hour even if you take it out at 10:41. 3)Taking the outside photos should be a simple agree or disagree like uhaul offers. 4) Reserved trucks and those locked behind gates at a factory shouldn't be listed as available. 5) Invoices should be immediate. This app is fine but its very hit and miss with the customer experience. Very lacking.

This was the best rental experience I could have asked for with a cargo van. This company is highly recommended. seamless rental experience and did not have to deal with a single person yet still had 24/7 customer support if needed and the overall rate is better than other companies as well, especially when factoring in mileage on a slightly longer trip.

Glitchy app. First time I used it, was told my license was accepted, then it wasn't - had to upload my all documents again. Truck was good, app was clunky. Second time, the truck I rented would not start. I called the number in the listing twice, no answer and no callback. I've emailed Fluid help twice and haven't heard anything. Had to rent a truck from Home Depot and initiate a chargeback. If something goes wrong, don't expect any help or even acknowledgment.

They "canceled" my reservation because they refused to verify my ID then I get a notification they didn't actually cancel so now they are trying to charge me hundreds for a reservation they never allowed and said they refunded.
